Weight loss is something that thousands of people struggle with and there are a gazillion books and reports on how to do it.  The problem is that most of them describe methods that are not effective, not realistic, or simply do not work.  We have found that what we describe here does indeed work if put into practice, and is not “supplemented” with a binge on high-calorie items, ice cream, desserts, etc.  You need to remember that you did not put on the excess weight overnight and it is not going to come off overnight, but by following what you learn here, your chances of dropping that excess weight are better than ever, as well as being an overall healthy approach to weight loss.
